Mountain Pizza & Taproom
Established June 15, 2018, is fulfilling a long-time dream of bringing Artisan Brick Oven Pizza and a nice variety of Craft Beers to the beautiful Mountain Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and beginning July 10th, in South Fork, Colorado also.
Our Pizza
We begin with fine grade flour to mix a delicate dough that is aged for 24 hours, and hand tossed. Next, we apply a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our custom designed Mountain Red Sauce made from fresh hand crushed tomatoes, exquisite cheeses, and the finest local and imported toppings we can find. Each Pizza is handmade in front of you (if you want to watch) and then placed in our 800-degree, rotating floor Brick oven. In 3-5 minutes, your pizza is cooked to perfection and ready to eat!
Other Features
Also offered are Garlic Knots, Kraut Poppers, Meat Balls, Side Salads, Gourmet Salads, and a variety of crispy topped, creamy, cheesy baked Macaroni and Cheese dishes.
Libations
Libations include a self-serve wall of 22 taps; 16 Craft beer, 2 white wines, 2 red wines, 1 root beer, and 1 ginger beer. Yes, I did say self-serve! Our unique system allows you to sample as little or as much as your want.

Also Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 6 pm is Happy Hour and all beer and wine is 25% off!
Desserts
New York cheese cake, molten chocolate cake, funnel cake fries, and a variety of fresh cooked hand pies.
Atmosphere
We have it at Mountain Pizza & Taproom – (Mountain) Guides to show you around and assist you with any needs, comfortable seating, and a 20’ opening to the outside (weather permitting). Our large outside patio includes a large canopy with ample shaded seating and a grand firepit to sit around with friends while enjoying a glass of wine or one of our many local craft beers. It’s a vibe you have to feel for yourself!

Our online ordering system allows you to place and pay for your order on your phone or at home on your computer. It’s quick and its easy! Our loyalty Program allows you to accumulate points for every dollar spent, that can be cashed in for free items.
